Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Handle new business phone calls and walk ins by gathering all needed underwriting information and offering a comprehensive proposal that best fits the client’s needs.
- Review non-renewals/cancellations to determine what action is to be taken.
- Receive phone calls/emails requesting quotes, changes to existing coverage and/or new policies.
- Complete change requests, complete applications, and collect premium.
- Address billing questions in an accurate and timely manner.

Compensación $32,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
