Our people (we call ourselves Veeps) work in a company where your contribution is visible. You'll have real ownership, room to grow, and a team that recognizes great work - backed by a comprehensive benefits package.
AboutThe Role
Dealerlogix is a leading cloud-based service workflow platform for dealership service departments. It integrates with the dealer's DMS to automate service lane, parts, and labor processes, with features like electronic signatures, mobile pay, and online appointment scheduling.
As an Implementation & Training Specialist, you own the customer's journey from install through go-live and early adoption. You'll travel to dealerships, install and configure Dealerlogix, train service teams on their specific roles, and hand each store off to our Customer Experience team ready to succeed. Your work directly shapes how quickly and confidently a dealership gets value from our product.
WhatYou'll Do
- Plan and prepare. Hold weekly pre-launch calls for upcoming installs, and build and document each store's readiness plan in the weeks leading up to launch.
- Install and train onsite. Lead installations and deliver role-based training at customer dealerships using Vehlo's standardized training modules.
- Drive adoption. Make sure every user understands their responsibilities in the workflow and the best practices for their role.
- Support remotely. Respond promptly to post-launch training needs by phone, text, and webcast, within our service-level targets [define response time].
- Hand off with care. Complete a documented, warm handoff to Customer Experience so no context is lost after go-live.
- Stay current. Build deep fluency in Vehlo's training curriculum and keep up with product updates, and share customer feedback that could improve our modules.
- Installs launch on schedule, with a documented readiness plan for every store.
- Dealership users are trained and confident in their roles after go-live.
- Customer Experience receives complete handoff notes for every launch.
- Customers rate their implementation and training experience highly.
