Dental Hygienist – Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity

Silver Creek Dental Care invites dedicated dental hygienists to join our supportive, technology-driven practice. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced professional, we value collaboration, compassion, and commitment to lifelong learning.

Location & Schedule

Location: Silver Creek Dental Care, Knoxville, TN

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 hours per day (Full‑Time);
Monday–Wednesday, 8 hours per day (Part‑Time)

Position Type: Full‑Time (4 days/week) or Part‑Time (2–3 days/week)

Patient Care Experience

As a Dental Hygienist
, you will provide exceptional, patient‑centered care, supporting clinical autonomy while collaborating with our mentorship program. You will receive comprehensive non‑clinical support, continuous professional development, and a schedule that promotes work‑life balance.

Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in Tennessee and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR certification
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems is preferred
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to ensure preventive care and overall patient health
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, sit, and stand for prolonged periods; availability for periodic virtual or in‑person training sessions
  • Completion of a TB test is required for all new hires in dental office positions (except in FL & TN)
