Practice in a variety of settings within the Covenant System including small, rural facilities or large, regional care centers. Team Health supports you with travel, mentorship, credentialing support and leadership training. When you're off, you're off to enjoy your favorite activities outside of medicine.

Be a hospitalist covering HM programs in East Tennessee. To join this elite hospitalist physician team, you should be board certified in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM), able to round on 18-20 patients on a 12-hour shift, and flexible in covering both day and night schedules. Create good relationships with nursing and administrative staff and work in a variety of practice settings.
