Imagen is seeking a full-time, board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist with expertise in Breast Imaging to join our onsite team supporting a leading multispecialty outpatient group in Knoxville, TN. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive breast imaging in a non-hospital, physician-led environment, supported by a collegial clinical team, advanced imaging technology, and a strong referral network across East Tennessee.

Integrated Breast Care Model: Collaborate closely with referring physicians across one of Tennessee’s largest independent medical groups. You’ll interpret 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, and MRI within a well-established outpatient ecosystem designed for seamless coordination and patient-centered care.

• Interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms
• Perform and interpret diagnostic breast ultrasounds
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and quality initiatives
• Serve as a clinical leader for imaging excellence within the outpatient setting

• A
  -certified (or equivalent); fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building and expanding a growing onsite breast imaging program
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Active medical license (or ability to obtain) in applicable states
• Commitment to patient-centered care in an outpatient environment

The compensation for the position is $450,000 - $800,000 / year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
