• Patient exam/evaluation including medical history and relevant imaging/studies
• Provide comprehensive pain management services to patients
• Direct patient care (diagnoses, treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditions
• Perform interventional procedures as medically necessary (fluoroscopic and US‑guided procedures)
• Referral as needed for imaging and consultation with other specialties
• Regularly reassess patients to determine effectiveness/progress
• Patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment plan options, post‑procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
• Supervision of advanced practice providers
• Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members
• Accurate and timely documentation

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pain Management and Anesthesiology (BC/BE)
• MD or DO licensed in TN
• Strong clinical skills in interventional pain management techniques

• Monday–Thursday (4‑day work week – no weekends)

• $350k–$400k plus potential bonus compensation

• PTO/Vacation 4–5 weeks
