Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the Hybrid/Online Director in creating, executing, and monitoring the implementation of the SCSOP Hybrid/Online Pathway Program.
  • Assist online/hybrid students experiencing online content or delivery interruptions.
  • Develop, edit, and propose online policies.
  • Ensure the sustainability of operations and manage funding/budget requests for the program.
  • Coordinate with institutional representatives to provide ongoing training and professional development.
  • Troubleshoot real-time online course delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with faculty, online/hybrid learning coordinators, and IT specialists to support student success in the online Pharmacy curriculum.
  • Serve as the Composite Examination Coordinator, managing administrative tasks related to examinations for students.
  • Assist with on-campus immersions, including labs for all students.
  • Work with the Director of Assessment to compile and monitor outcomes as needed.
  • Requirements

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Pharmacy technician experience, with lead technician experience preferred.
    • Information technology experience, especially in institutional healthcare settings.
    • Experience with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and One Drive.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in conferencing and group dynamic facilitation.
    • Knowledge of instructional strategies, online instructional design, learning styles, and educational leadership.
    • Organizational and coordination skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and leader.
    • Innovative problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with relevant computer applications.
