Duties and Responsibilities:Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Pharmacy technician experience, with lead technician experience preferred.
- Information technology experience, especially in institutional healthcare settings.
- Experience with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and One Drive.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in conferencing and group dynamic facilitation.
- Knowledge of instructional strategies, online instructional design, learning styles, and educational leadership.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and leader.
- Innovative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with relevant computer applications.
