Kid Strong Knoxville is seeking energetic, professional coaches who love fitness, coaching, and working with kids. If you enjoy instructing classes and helping children develop physically and mentally, this is a great weekend-focused opportunity.

• Lead and instruct Kid Strong classes for children; ensure safety and engagement.
• Assist with special programs such as camps, parents night out, and field trips.
• Coordinate with parents to discuss child development curriculum and progress.
• Run classes on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings, and weekends (starting around 8 AM on weekends).
• Support Kid Strong programming and contribute to a positive learning environment.

• Experience in fitness and coaching students within the Kid Strong age range is preferred.
• Experience talking to and educating parents about child development curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative to get the job done.
