The ideal candidate will possess a strong record of excellence in teaching, along with a demonstrated history of impactful research supported by extramural funding. We are particularly seeking a visionary scholar who brings innovative and forward‑thinking approaches to advancing education, research, and practice in the evolving health landscape. Key responsibilities include delivering high‑quality, engaging instruction; mentoring and advising students; conducting influential research with strong potential for external funding;

and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across diverse academic and professional domains.

• Establish and maintain a program of scholarly research with potential for extramural funding.
• Disseminate research findings through peer‑reviewed publications, presentations, and conferences.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaborations across health, engineering, informatics, and design.
• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses aligned with expertise.
• Participate in college, university, and professional service activities.
• Engage with community partners to advance the mission of the college.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance educational programs and research initiatives.
• Mentor and advise students in academic and professional development.
