After School Program Coordinator

Job Description

Full‑time position in the after school program with school‑age children (K‑5th). 9:30–5:30 or 10:00–6:00. Morning floating between younger classes during the school year. Summer full‑time running school‑age program. Administrative responsibilities.

• Work with other afternoon classroom teacher to provide care for school‑age children.
• Follow DHS licensing rules and QRIS standards while following classroom schedule.
• Classroom supervision, snack‑time supervision, talking with parents at pick‑up, going on field trips, helping with conflict resolution and engaging with children.

Must be over 21, have a clean driving record, and be willing to obtain F endorsement for driving a small bus.

• High school diploma minimum, some upper education preferred.
• Experience with school‑age children.

We offer a full‑day program for infants through Pre‑Kindergarten and an after‑school program that services 4 elementary schools in our community.
