The purpose of this role is to design, develop, implement, and evaluate complex learning solutions that improve employee performance and support organizational objectives. As a senior individual contributor, this position leads instructional design for high-impact instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning initiatives. The role partners with business leaders, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify performance needs and recommend effective learning and non-learning solutions.

Success requires strong instructional design expertise, advanced eLearning development skills, business acumen, and the ability to create scalable programs that drive measurable results.
