. This position covers the full lifecycle of BAS projects—from design and documentation to parts procurement, field coordination, and technical support. • Status: Full‑Time | Office + Field Visits

• Background as an Applications Engineer or similar role in building automation
• Proficient in designing BAS system architecture using AutoCAD or MS Visio
• Experience programming or updating Tridium‑based graphical user interfaces
• Skilled in developing Sequences of Operation and building detailed BOMs
• Strong coordination skills for parts ordering, vendor communication, and procurement
• Solid troubleshooting abilities with basic programming knowledge
  
  Comfortable performing site visits and job walks to verify project requirements
• Collaborative team player capable of supporting technicians, programmers, and sales staff

• Design, document, and manage BAS layouts and automation workflows
• Develop and configure Tridium front‑end graphics and applications
• Create SOOs, BOMs, and comprehensive submittal packages for assigned projects
• Handle parts ordering, vendor coordination, and material tracking
• Conduct field walk‑throughs for project scoping and technical clarification
• Deliver accurate design documentation on schedule
• Provide engineering support to internal installation, programming, and sales teams

• Salary: Up to $100,000 (Hourly)
