The Senior Electrical Engineer (Commercial) will lead and manage complex commercial building projects, providing expertise in electrical engineering and fostering collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients. This role also includes a business development component, offering growth opportunities for motivated professionals. The position requires technical excellence, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Design and oversee electrical systems for commercial and institutional buildings.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate with MEP/FP teams.
• Engage in business development activities to secure new work and identify markets.
• Communicate effectively with architects, contractors, and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (Tennessee or eligibility to obtain).
• 7+ years of experience in commercial building electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
