Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other system integrators to develop and implement PLC, HMI, and SCADA projects.
  • Coordinate with electrical engineers and designers as well as panel fabricators.
  • Work with Allen Bradley and Schneider systems in industrial environments.
  • Understand client processes, interpret functional descriptions and control narratives, configure complete control systems, develop communication networks, and integrate multiple systems and vendor equipment.
  • Develop PLC and HMI code.
  • Lead software reviews with clients, test designed systems, and support field commissioning and startup of designed systems.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and relationship building with clients.
  • Accept responsibility and work as necessary to meet schedules and commitments.

Education/Experience:

  • 2 or 4 year electrical, computer or networking related degree.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Detail-oriented, dedicated, and a team player.
  • Self-starter motivated to perform without outside help.
