Are you ready to shape the future of digital manufacturing? We’re looking for a highly experienced Engineer with deep expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), particularly Solumina by iBase-t, to lead transformative initiatives across aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.

• Lead MES implementations with a focus on Solumina iBase-t, from design through deployment.
• Architect seamless integrations between MES and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA, OPC, and more).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, IT, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Analyze and optimize workflows through gap analysis, process mapping, and system modeling.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project life cycles—troubleshooting, validating, and tuning performance.
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers while contributing to our Digital Manufacturing Center of Excellence.
• Enable learning and adoption through training programs, sandbox environments, and virtual instructor-led sessions.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Experience
  : 3 years of hands‑on work with Solumina iBase-t and MES implementations.
• Technical Skills
  :
• Advanced SQL (T‑SQL, PL/SQL), scripting (Python, JavaScript), and low‑code platforms.
• Integration experience with REST APIs, BAPI, and data warehouses.
• Strong grasp of OT/IT architecture including SCADA, PLC, and OPC protocols.
• Leadership
  :
  Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage full lifecycle MES projects.
• Communication
  :
  Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
