Take part in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare, serving PETNET Manufacturing Sites as the subject matter technical expert for QC software. Work on projects and support manufacturing processes while handling on‑call duties.

• Subject matter technical expert for the installation, configuration, performance, and lifecycle management of our production QC software
• Technical counterpart to the engineering and manufacturing support teams that define and support the use of software and instruments in our production process
• Responsible for lifecycle management of products to prevent end of life support issues
• Manage external vendor relationship for assigned software products
• Acts as escalation point for issues not resolved with tier 1 support, including escalation to external vendor
• PETNET IT Site support/on‑call support
• Implement/maintain application standards in alignment with enterprise standards
• Manufacturing application administration (PMA, Olympus, Ezchrom, etc.)
• Assist with design/review/implementation of hardware/systems that support our manufacturing processes
