Currently, our client is looking for an Equipment Reliability Engineer to join their facility in Tennessee.

Relocation will be provided for applicants moving to the area.

• Improve, monitor, and manage maintenance reliability tracking techniques and KPIs
• Conduct equipment reliability testing and analyze results to make changes
• Create and improve preventative maintenance procedures aimed at increasing process efficiency
• Work with other plant departments (management, production, engineering) to understand equipment and facilities issues
• Assist maintenance and engineering in facilities and equipment troubleshooting
• Create a proactive maintenance environment
• Assist with capital projects aimed at improving systems and facilities
• Manage reliability documentation
• Provide technical input to determine priority and scope of equipment repairs
• Assist in developing and maintaining plant mechanical and safety standards

• Previous experience with improving equipment reliability in manufacturing processes
• Chemical processing experience highly desired
• Prior experience with reliability inspections and testing
