What You’ll Do- Serve as Project Manager for highway and bridge design projects, including operational and safety improvements.
- Lead technical teams in developing innovative roadway design solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and ensure high‑quality standards across project delivery.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to secure new projects and expand relationships with TDOT and other Tennessee agencies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (Tennessee preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- At least 7 years of experience managing transportation infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience with TDOT and local government projects in Tennessee.
- Proficiency in Micro Station, Open Roads Designer, and transportation design software.
- Strong understanding of AASHTO design guidelines.
