Job Details

Responsibilities
- + Lead regional water and wastewater projects from planning to delivery, including treatment facilities, raw water intakes, booster pump stations, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
+ Serve as a “seller/doer,” developing and maintaining relationships with municipal clients and helping move projects forward.
+ Collaborate with leadership to manage existing backlog and expand project opportunities.
+ Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting collaboration and technical growth.
+ Oversee permitting, asset management planning, and long-term water system strategies.

Qualifications
- + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
+ 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater plant design.
+ Minimum of 3 years managing engineering projects and/or personnel.
+ Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
