MBI Companies, a multi-discipline firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineering Professional Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Department. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, lead project teams, and play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of civil/site development projects. • Lead civil/site design projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design.
• Serve as a primary client contact and manage project delivery.
• Provide technical oversight.
• Coordinate with internal multi-discipline teams and Project Managers.
• Mentor junior engineers and support department growth.
• Assist with proposals, scopes, schedules, and construction administration.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with codes and permitting requirements.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and client management experience.
• Experience with industrial, municipal, and commercial developments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
