Prepares and edits complex technical documents, reports, studies, etc. in accordance with applicable style manuals.

Independently resolves issues of format and style

Brings issues regarding content to the attention of the author for consideration.

Coordinates and tracks the review process.

Prepares final documents for approval and release

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, atechnical discipline, or related field.
• 5 years of experience writing and editing technical documents.
• Proven writing and editing skills

• DOE cleanup environmental experience

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with aback ground investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
