• Day Shift | 7am – 3pm | $16.00
• Extended Day Shift | 7am – 7pm | $16.25 | 3 days on / 4 days off
• Evening Shift | 3pm – 11pm | $16.50
• Rotating Weekends & Holidays
• Full-Time
• Part-Time

• Monitoring and processing alarms, trouble signals, and supervisory signals as they are received.
• Determining and contacting the appropriate authorities—police, fire, or medical—based on the situation.
• Placing outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch the correct authorities, and notify responsible parties.
• Maintaining clear and calm communication with customers.
• Accurately documenting all responses in our alarm monitoring software.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Availability to attend mandatory training for 2 weeks (Mon – Fri, 9am – 4:30pm)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficiency in computer applications, with professional phone etiquette
• Strong customer service skills, with an ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
