This is a Bankruptcy Representative position for First Bank Specialty Lending Manufactured Housing division. This position will be responsible for handling tasks related to Bankruptcy legal processes such as preparing and filing bankruptcy documents, handling bankruptcy correspondence, and communicating with attorneys, trustees, and courts.

• Ensure full compliance with bankruptcy regulations
• Ensure quality service for external servicing clients and other departments within SLG
• Document Bankruptcy actions within customer’s account and loan file
• Prepare and send bankruptcy documents to attorneys, such as proof of claims and payment changes
• Handle customer and attorney correspondence on all bankruptcy accounts
• Manage spreadsheet of all active bankruptcy accounts
• Cross train/backfill loss mitigation and legal positions

• HS Diploma or GED
• Some college preferred
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Manufactured housing knowledge a plus
• Previous Bankruptcy experience
