We’re looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager to lead our secondary market lending function in Knoxville, TN.

• Manage the secondary market lending function of the loan production office, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations.
• Ensure borrowers receive required documents such as Good Faith Estimates and RESPA documents.
• Educate staff and enforce policies and procedures related to secondary market lending, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Hire and train loan production sales personnel, providing accurate and timely feedback on progress.
• Complete annual reviews for all loan officers under supervision.

• High‑school diploma or GED required; college coursework in business, finance, or insurance preferred.
• At least two years of secondary market lending experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email software, and the Internet.
• Knowledge of bank secondary market policies and procedures, loan platforms, federal regulations, and reverse mortgage guidelines (FHA/HUD).
• Knowledge of investor guidelines.
