Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Knoxville, TN. The Financial Advisor will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to assess their financial situations, identify goals, and develop tailored strategies for financial planning, investments, retirement planning, and risk management. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing and presenting recommendations, and implementing agreed-upon strategies.
The role also involves ongoing portfolio and plan reviews, monitoring market and regulatory changes, and maintaining detailed records to support long-term client relationships. Advisors will collaborate with internal partners and external professionals as needed to help clients make informed, confident financial decisions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, including developing personalized strategies and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments, with the ability to explain options and risks clearly to clients.
- Experience or training in Retirement Planning, including accumulation, distribution, and legacy strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Knoxville, TN, manage multiple client relationships, and use financial planning and CRM software effectively.
- Licensing for securities and insurance products, or willingness and ability to obtain required licenses within a designated timeframe.
