This role oversees month-end close, job costing, forecasting, WIP, EBITDA, and SG&A, delivering actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. Based on Knoxville, TN operations with travel to Southfield, MI as needed, the DFM collaborates with Project Managers, divisional leadership, and Corporate Finance to improve financial discipline and reporting
