ResponsibilitiesWho you are You’re a compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist who loves helping kids move, play, and participate at home, school, and in the community. You value autonomy with strong team support, enjoy partnering with caregivers, and communicate clearly with physicians, teachers, and other therapists. Pediatric experience is ideal, but a growth mindset and commitment to patient-centered care matter most.
What you’ll do
Evaluate and treat children from infancy through adolescence across a range of conditions to help them reach their full potential.
Design play-based, goal-driven plans of care that build strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility.
Use evidence-based interventions and appropriate modalities when indicated, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, taping, and gait training with assistive devices.
- Educate and coach caregivers with practical home programs that fit real life.
Document clearly and on time to support outcomes, continuity, and payer requirements.

Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy License in TN or eligibility to obtain one (Required).
- A fervent commitment to patient-centered care.
Strong communication skills and a heart for family education and collaboration
Ability to perform floor-based play, lift and assist children safely, and adapt the environment for engagement and success
- Desire to be part of a team that values communication and collaboration.
