In this position, the employee will be responsible for coordinating training events and maintaining the Learning Management System in a highly technical and regulated manufacturing environment.

• Maintain training data and records within the Learning Management System
• Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
• Assist regulatory inspections by providing training records and information related to training processes.
• Assist in the analysis, design and development, implementation and evaluation of complex technical training activities for employees and customers.
• Assist in the facilitation of individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers.
• Assist in the development of training materials to include training handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures
• Guide the monitoring of effectiveness of course materials, review feedback and modify/revise course materials.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and PET manufacturing facilities to coordinate training initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain Learning Management System utilized by Siemens USA.

• AA, BA/BS in Education, Training, HR or related field
• Experience coordinating multiple training events
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.
• Ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional media solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with the SABA Learning Management System but will train an otherwise well-qualified candidate.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
