• Create and implement site‑specific health & safety programs tailored to operational needs.
• Lead training, coaching, and compliance initiatives with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and state agencies.
• Partner with operations teams to investigate incidents, uncover root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Guide management in return‑to‑work processes and employee well‑being initiatives.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure continuous improvement in health & safety practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in safety or operations management.
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies (OSHA, DOT, MSHA) and safety certifications (CSP, CIH, CMSP, CDS) are a big plus.
• Strong communication skills—you’ll be the trusted voice of safety across employees, managers, and regulators.
• Leadership ability with a proactive, self‑starter approach.
