Overview

As a Research Assistant
, you will support our clinical research team by maintaining accurate patient data, assisting with scheduling and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, enabling the team to focus on advancing cancer care through innovative clinical trials.

Responsibilities
  • Enter patient data into research databases and generate reports to track progress.
  • Collect and organize patient information from initial contact through long-term follow‑up.
  • Prepare records for audits and maintain compliance with research protocols.
  • Assist with scheduling consultations, diagnostic tests, and future appointments.
  • Occasionally support direct patient care, including vital signs and specimen collection.

Qualifications

For your safety, keep this in mind:
This position involves prolonged computer work, occasional bending and lifting up to 30 pounds, and working in a clinical environment with potential exposure to typical medical office conditions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a medical office setting is highly preferred; oncology experience is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a must; database experience is a plus.
