Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Credentialing Specialist — Managed Care in Knoxville, TN .

Pay: $20 to $25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM — 4:30 PM
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Primary Responsibilities- Process payer enrollment, facility credentialing, hospital credentialing, and re-credentialing applications for physicians and advanced practice professionals
- Manage Out-of-State Medicaid (OOS) enrollment for facilities and providers, including OOS Medicaid HMO plans
- Review credentialing and enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and distribute requests for information, verification letters, and background checks
- Verify licensure, DEA registration, board certification, and malpractice insurance
- Track and maintain expirables including licenses, DEA, and board certifications
- Enter and maintain credentialing data in credentialing databases (Visual Cactus preferred) and state-level payer systems
- Follow up on payer enrollment status, reappointments, demographic changes, and coverage updates
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized provider credentialing files
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payer enrollment, hospital credentialing, or physician credentialing
- Knowledge of Joint Commission and credentialing standards
- Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
