The Receptionist is the first contact to greet guests by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer calls and greet guests in a timely, pleasant and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.

• Answer multi-line telephone system; determine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate person.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the estimator.
• Perform customer call backs for customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Receive payments and record them in our computer system.
• Other duties as assigned.
