• Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Strip linens from guest rooms and assist with cleaning guest rooms.
• Abide by regulations set forth by material safety data sheets when using chemicals.
• Move/arrange furniture and dust/polish furniture, metalwork, and equipment.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaner. Collect soiled linens for laundering and store linen supplies in linen closet.
• Clean bathrooms and replenish with supplies.
• Refurnish room with supplies, towels, etc. as required. Supply cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift.
• Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays. Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience.
