Job SummaryAs a Recruiting Lead, you will ensure GMR’s staffing needs are continuously met. You will develop recruiting plans, identify appropriate job fairs, employ effective interviewing techniques, and create innovative hiring strategies. Your leadership expands business by building strong industry relationships.
Essential Functions/Duties- Partner with Operations and local management to understand staffing needs and generate applicants through community relations.
- Develop targeted, creative recruitment strategies using diverse sourcing methods.
- Utilize multiple recruiting channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Design cost‑effective recruitment plans aligned with business and departmental goals.
- Ensure professional posting content and supervise advertising and social media promotion.
- Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and partner with educational institutions having EMS programs.
- Present to local organizations and candidates about employment opportunities, company culture, benefits, and growth.
- Assess applicant knowledge, skills, and experience to match open positions.
- Assist applicants with the application process and maintain contact with potential candidates.
- Comply with affirmative action reporting throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with New Hire Orientation when required.
- Two years of recruitment/selection experience and related employment law practices.
- Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting advertising.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work preferred.
- Comfortable and confident speaking in front of groups.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Strategic thinking and execution of results.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Adaptability and flexibility to support organization growth.
- Excellent work ethic and high integrity.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge.
- Energetic, magnetic, and networking personality.
