Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Employee Relations
Randstad is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to assist with areas such as compliance, payroll, benefits and employee relations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly ethical and detail-oriented HR professional.
You will be the vital link that ensures our workplace operates legally and maintains a fair, productive, and engaging culture. This role requires an individual who can switch seamlessly between interpreting complex regulations and resolving sensitive employee conflicts.

- Policy/Legal Expertise:
Draft, update, and communicate the Employee Handbook and all HR policies to ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws. - Compliance Training:
Develop and deliver essential training sessions for all staff and managers on topics like anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and ethical conduct.
- Investigations:
Lead and conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into serious employee relations issues, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, and misconduct. - Liaison/Support:
Act as the primary resource for employees and management to interpret HR policies, company procedures, and resolve day-to-day conflicts.
- Calculations & Deductions:
Calculate all wages, overtime, commissions, and deductions, including taxes, benefits premiums, and 401(k) contributions. - Tax & Reporting:
Maintain compliance with FLSA and multi-state tax laws. Support year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and tax filings.
- Program Management:
Administer all employee benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k)). - Employee Support:
Serve as the first-level support for all employee inquiries regarding pay, taxes, deductions, and benefit coverage, maintaining high-touch customer service.
