Position Summary:

Under general supervision, responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting software applications, and interfacing with end-users and other IT groups to identify and resolve application issues.

This position is on our Ambulatory EMR Informatics team and will support our Women’s Health physicians and practices. On-call is required. Physician clinic operations and EMR experience in the Women’s Health space is preferred. Experience in training medical office staff and providing at-the-elbow support is also preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: AS in computer-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in Information Systems or relevant functional area. Requires demonstrated understanding of technical computer operations in a client/server environment (for assigned applications). IT Project management experience preferred.

Licensure Requirement: Professional/clinical licensure (RN, ARRT, etc.) may be required based on assigned applications.
