Summary/Objective

Supervises and repairs all service part electronics.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Works with warehouse manager to receive incoming service shipments.

Sorts service products into repairable and non-repairable parts.

Test incoming failed parts to determine what needs to be repaired.

Repairs faulty electronic parts.

Packages repaired parts and works with warehouse manager to ship product back to customers.

Provide support and assistance to warehouse manager.

Keep accurate inventory of service parts through Salesforce Service.

Coordinate shipments of repair parts to and from the factory.

Provide technical feedback and knowledge for faulty parts.

Track and log failure issues to determine root cause analysis of failures.

Skills

Must be proficient in troubleshooting electronics.

Must have extensive soldering and electronics repair experience.

Work Environment

This job generally operates in the Knoxville, TN office.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and unless otherwise specified, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation

This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Compensation is $21-$28/hour.

Travel

This position requires seldom travel.

Preferred

Education and Experience

High school graduation, or its equivalent.

At least 5 years of industry related experience.
