IT Support Specialist
East Tennessee Human Resource Agency
Duties/Responsibilities- Provide technical support to the organization's end users in a timely and professional manner via direct interaction, remote desktop, telephone, and email.
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade Windows PC hardware and software.
- Create / modify employee accounts in Active Directory.
- Assign appropriate security permissions and access to software, as authorized by management-level / supervisory staff.
- Accurately document resolutions of issues in help desk ticketing system.
- Test / deploy new OS images.
- Assist IT team to ensure efficient operation of the organization's IT environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory database for tracking all IT equipment.
- Collaborate with IT team members to assist with infrastructure upgrades and transitions.
- Manage the organization's anti-virus end-point security software.
- Provide support with complex projects as requested by IT administrators.
- Monday - Friday
- No weekends
