• Oversee management of team to ensure smooth technical adoption process.
• Interact with other GISG (Global Information Security Group) departments and other projects external to GSOC.
• Produce and maintain process and procedural documentation for GSOC operations.
• Provide input on technical adoption and wider GSOC strategy.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

• Minimum five years of security experience and a minimum of five years of IT experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer networking, or computer security, or relevant security experience.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent certifications desirable.
• working in a high-volume, result-oriented operational environment.
• Prior experience in high-performing teams and understanding of SOC dynamics.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform security monitoring solutions.
• Authors must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
