Trade Business Analyst

• Identify and understand customer expectations, study existing business processes, program, and legacy system
• Communicate key insights and findings to the product team by translating and simplifying the requirements
• Help design documents and maintain system processes
• Prioritize initiatives based on the business needs and requirements
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Understand Business/Operational and IT Systems Analysis & Integration
• Perform a functional analysis of existing systems/applications and document findings
• Interact with both Business Partners and/or end‑users as well as programmers, IT staff
• Balance attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind

• 2–4 years’ experience as a business analyst working with software in the financial industry
• Experience working within the Trade Finance industry or for a financial institution engaged in Trade Finance is required
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Team
• Bachelor’s Degree

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit‑based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,400.00 – $.
