IT Service Desk Technician – Associate-Level Opportunity
W2 Contract onsite in Knoxville, TN location. Candidates must be able to work M-F onsite.

IT Service Desk Technician Responsibilities- Support a Windows environment, including Office 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory
- Set up workstations and PCs, including configuration and software installation
- Image and configure Windows 10 devices
- Responsible for the management of network devices, VoIP, Active Directory accounts, Exchange email, and a variety of other applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues for end users remotely and provide hands‑on support
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems
- Software configuration and updates
- Support peripherals, including printer networking
- Network connectivity support
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred
- Experience with Active Directory, O365, and Windows OS
- Must be able to communicate effectively with end users and other team members
- Firm understanding of DNS and DHCP
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Operating Systems Certification preferred
