Sr Client Manager, Employee Benefits-Insurance Advisory Solutions

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate carrier relationships.
• Perform marketing activities for large accounts as assigned.
• Prepare risk maps or review peer risk maps for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate service delivery, including developing initial placement/renewal strategy.
• Complete special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve the firm, business segment and processes; bring issues and discrepancies to leadership.
• Serve as a mentor to new colleagues when requested.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong technical knowledge of general insurance market conditions and specific underwriting appetites.
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures, existing coverages and develop appropriate recommendations.
• Excellent client service and problem‑solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to learn additional firm software.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional insurance designation desired or in progress.
• At least five years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in Account Management.
• Maintain all required State Department of Insurance licenses, or be willing to obtain them within the first 90 days.
• Effective presentation skills in verbal and written communication.
• Aligns with the organization’s core values and corporate culture.
