Summary

Green Meadows Partners is partnering with a respected law firm in Northwest Knoxville to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, high-level litigation environment. This role is ideal for a confident, detail-driven professional who takes pride in producing high-quality legal work and serving as a trusted support to attorneys. The Litigation Paralegal will play a critical role in managing active cases, drafting complex legal documents, coordinating court communications, and ensuring litigation processes move forward efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and litigation correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This role serves as a primary point of contact with opposing counsel, court staff, and judges, requiring professionalism and confidence in all communications. The paralegal will manage court filings, deadlines, and calendars to ensure compliance with procedural requirements and to keep cases progressing on schedule.

Additional responsibilities include supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, maintaining organized case files, and ensuring all filings are timely, accurate, and compliant with applicable court rules.

Education / Qualifications / Skills

The ideal candidate will hold a Paralegal Certificate and bring strong litigation experience gained within a law firm environment. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently draft legal documents and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a deadline-driven setting. Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure are essential. The role also requires confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills when interacting with attorneys, opposing counsel, judges, and court personnel.
