Rocky Top Restoration is looking for a skilled, self‑motivated Mitigation Lead to join our Field Operations team. In this working leads role, you'll oversee water, fire, and mold mitigation projects while guiding and mentoring technicians on site. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service during challenging times. You'll be the face of Rocky Top Restoration on job sites—leading with integrity, ensuring quality work, and helping restore comfort and stability to our clients' homes and businesses.

- Lead mitigation projects for water, fire, and mold damage, ensuring work meets IICRC and company standards.
- Supervise and support mitigation technicians in the field.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with homeowners, project managers, and insurance representatives.
- Maintain safety‑first protocols on every job site.
- Ensure thorough documentation and timely digital reporting.
- Troubleshoot job site issues and offer proactive solutions.
- Represent RTR with professionalism and compassion during every client interaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration/mitigation, including leadership experience.
- IICRC Certifications required: WRT and ASD; AMRT preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lead by example while working alongside your team.
- Clear communication and accountability in fast‑paced environments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

This is a field‑based role based out of Knoxville, TN with project sites across the surrounding areas. Remote work is not applicable to field duties.
