** BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
** Responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members while maintaining professional and precise communication, as well as exhibiting excellent judgement, teamwork, compassion, and the ability to process multiple assignments at the same time.#

* Minimum Education:

** High School Diploma required.
** License/Certification

Required:

** State of Tennessee (Private Protective Services) Unarmed Security License within six months of hire.  Valid Tennessee Driver's License.
** Minimum

Work Experience:

** Previous dispatch experience preferred#
** REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

* Ability to problem-solve and/or utilize resources available for troubleshooting in different situations
* Accuracy and attention to detail
