National Safety Manager

International Search Consultants is partnering with an international fresh produce company to fill the role of National Safety Manager. The National Safety Manager will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs across the company's national operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, delivering safety training, and fostering a strong safety culture across all company locations.

Base salary $110,000 - $125,000 per year, plus an annual bonus of $10,000–$15,000.

Remote; preferred locations:
Dallas, TX;
Southwest Florida;
Knoxville, TN.

• Building out programs for multiple sites
• 5+ years of safety management experience for multiple operating locations nationwide
• Food industry experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA policies, rules, and regulations
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Self‑starter, driven, assertive, strategic, mechanically inclined

• Ability to travel up to 35%

• Establish, develop, and implement standardized safety programs and policies across multiple locations nationwide
• Conduct site inspections and audits – ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Incident investigation and reporting – analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs
• Provide leadership and guidance to site safety managers, operations managers, human resources, and other departments
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans
• Create reports on safety trends and make recommendations to senior leadership
