The Regional Sector Leader is an integral role within our Water regional leadership team, directing our work with technical rigor, an innovative spirit, and a vision for solving the world’s greatest water challenges. This leadership role requires applying passion for technical excellence and innovation, leading and developing top talent, and lending your voice to our collaborative leadership culture.
Primary Focus Areas include:
- Strategy and Brand:
Maintain knowledge of sector-related industry drivers and trends, regulations, and technologies across North America and globally. - Delivering Excellence:
Recruit and retain a distributed team of exceptional sector professionals, connect sector practitioners with project managers and delivery experts, and support the development of digital delivery tools and innovative approaches. - Positioning and Pursuit:
Collaborate with regional growth leaders and account managers to develop relationships with key clients, increase client awareness of our capabilities, and identify new project opportunities.
Your
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with the US South Regional Growth Leader to identify and support strategic pursuits, acting as a liaison between local and regional teams, and reinforcing our brand as a leader in water treatment.
- Providing leadership to our water treatment professionals, regularly engaging with clients, and actively participating in industry associations.
- Leveraging your understanding of industry drivers, market trends, and legislative requirements to support and grow our water treatment portfolio.
Key Performance Indicators include:
- Engagement in top 20 regional strategic pursuit opportunities.
- Collaboration with other Regional Sector Leader counterparts.
- Conducting at least three client or industry touch points per month.
- Active participation in one or more industry/trade organizations and/or professional associations.
Requirements and Preferences:
- Demonstrated understanding of the US South market with established working relationships with pertinent organizations.
- Achievement-oriented with proven success in leading year-over-year organic growth.
- Advanced and proven business development skills with an entrepreneurial orientation.
- Committed to Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Ability to attract and retain talented professionals and build high-performing teams.
