Branch Operations Manager – Knoxville, TN (Full‑Time)

Pay: $60,000–$80,000 per year + commission based on experience.

Position Summary: The Branch Operations Manager will oversee all work performed in the branch, supervise all areas of operation, foster a positive environment, ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation, and implement strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales goals while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for all team members of the facility.
  • Business operations and daily activity management.
  • Visit potential customers to gain accounts.
  • Contact potential businesses and create proposals for fleet maintenance contractual agreements.
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
  • Supervise the facility and manage delegation.

Qualifications
  • Prior management and leadership experience.

  • Strong understanding of P&L and KPIs.
Preferred
  • Product / industry knowledge.
  • Automotive / medium and heavy‑duty fleet experience (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in computer and scheduling systems.
