Branch Operations Manager – Knoxville, TN (Full‑Time)
Pay: $60,000–$80,000 per year + commission based on experience.

Position Summary: The Branch Operations Manager will oversee all work performed in the branch, supervise all areas of operation, foster a positive environment, ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation, and implement strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales goals while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership for all team members of the facility.
- Business operations and daily activity management.
- Visit potential customers to gain accounts.
- Contact potential businesses and create proposals for fleet maintenance contractual agreements.
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
- Supervise the facility and manage delegation.
- Independent thinker who can lead with confidence in a fast‑paced environment.
- Sales motivated.
- Strong technical aptitude, motivation, and enthusiasm.
- Punctual, reliable with strong time management and sense of urgency.
- Prior management and leadership experience.
- Organizational and multi‑tasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong understanding of P&L and KPIs.
- Product / industry knowledge.
- Automotive / medium and heavy‑duty fleet experience (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in computer and scheduling systems.
