Position OverviewResponsible for managing the operations of Tire Discounters retail stores, recruiting, evaluating, developing staff, implementing sales strategies, and creating a customer‑oriented culture.
What You Will Be Doing- Attract and retain top talent—network with talent acquisition and zone leadership to maintain an active pipeline.
- Utilize tools to anticipate staffing changes, new store openings, acquisitions, and growth.
- Ensure 100% compliance with processes and non‑negotiables to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Develop high‑performing team members ready for promotion and build a talent bench.
- Provide consistent performance feedback and resolve concerns, partnering with HR Business Partner.
- Ensure all locations operate in accordance with high standards, working with store teams and recommending improvements.
- Support delivery of Tire Discounters programs relevant to locations.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to verify highest level of operations.
- Communicate across all levels—serve as nexus between support functions and stores.
- Ensure all communication is properly delivered, teams understand why, and escalated concerns timely.
- Handle or delegate customer concerns, engage in all customer issues on a timely basis.
- Expense control—manage payroll budget, assess talent and sales environment, work with Zone VP to assign headcount.
- Work with a team that genuinely cares and supports each other.

- Associate’s Degree or relevant experience.
- 5‑10 years of management experience within the automotive/tire industry.
- Previous experience in multi‑unit management and leading teams.
- Proven track record of developing high‑performing teams and career progression within the industry.
- Strong background in operations.
- Driver’s License.
