Responsibilities
  • General Training & Comprehension – Perform job assignments of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions; operate and train others on industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Leadership Development – Assist in training, quality control, and in‑servicing of staff per policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Policies & Procedures – Provide leadership, support, and guidance to meet quality, inventory, safety, and customer service standards.
  • Reporting – Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for HCSG and Facility management.
  • Training – Responsible for all training, quality control, and in‑servicing staff; conduct daily assessments using QCIs.
  • Leadership – Handle managerial duties such as payroll submission, staffing patterns, coaching, discipline, purchasing, inventory maintenance, and budgeting.
  • Communication – Effectively communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff.
  • Safety – Use protective gear; handle cleaning solutions safely; report equipment needs or malfunctions; follow infection control and universal precautions.
  • Punctuality – Consistent attendance, punctual arrival, timely completion of assigned work, and responsive paging.
  • Customer & Resident Experience – Represent HCSG positively, courteous, cooperative.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions; perform routine tasks.
  • After training, apply leadership skills independently and safely.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining records and web‑based reporting.
  • Must be available to work as scheduled and on time.
  • Compliance with COVID‑19 Vaccination Policies.
  • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, walk, and work around food and cleaning products.
  • Live in the service area.
